Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all Aelfric Eden tags still attached before placing them in the original packaging.
Ship the Package
Print your provided prepaid shipping label, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
